Welcome to Cilantro
Cilantro Cheese Ltd is a multi award-winning artisanal cheese company located in Hamilton. We specialise in goat’s milk and our products are handmade following traditional methods.
Our aim is to create delicious and healthy products in a socially and environmentally sustainable way, as well as experimenting on new variations of traditional cheese making techniques.
We also sell the high quality milk we use to make all our products and we're able to do batch manufacturing for small businesses at our high (export and Halal certified) standards.
We're currently developing a goat milk powder product and are able to fulfil personal, retail and commercial requests upon enquiry.

Suli Laomahei is our cheesemaker, ops manager, and secret recipe holder for Cilantro.
Suli to develop from the ground up as a cheesemaker, and she is now finding new ways to share Cilantro goodness.
She's developed capacity to batch produce bulk products - this enables small businesses to produce goods they wouldn't otherwise be able to, to a standard they can have faith in.
