Following the success of our chilli-marinated cheese, we've crafted a Mixed Herb version infused with a vibrant blend of herbs and a gentle touch of garlic. Perfect for warm evenings, cheese boards, or simply spooned onto good bread.
 
We marinate ours in cold-pressed rapeseed and olive oils, both grown and pressed right here in New Zealand a small detail that makes a real difference to the finished flavour.
