Can I set up a regular delivery?

We welcome regular orders from retail customers or individuals with larger requirements. Whether you'd like a fixed amount each time (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly), or prefer to check and adjust as you go, we can likely set up a process that suits you.Minimum order quantities do apply, and unfortunately we can't yet guarantee delivery to every area so please get in touch and we'll confirm what's possible for you.

Do you deliver to the South Island?

We're currently testing delivery to South Island towns, and hope to expand this over time. Rural delivery isn't available just yet, but if you're not sure whether we can reach you, please get in touch and we'll let you know what's possible.

Question 4

Do you sell raw (unpasteurised) milk?

Accepted Answer

No we don't sell raw milk, and we're not able to. Our products are pasteurised for food safety, which means they're processed and packaged separately from the farm itself.That said, we know some people are specifically after raw milk in larger volumes, if you're interested in bulk orders (1000L+) directly from the farm, we're happy to put you in touch with the farm manager. Just note that neither we nor they are able to accommodate smaller orders of raw milk.

What certifications do you have?

Cilantro is MPI-certified for export and Halal certified, and we're available for contract manufacturing, including organic. We're audited regularly by Asure Quality, which keeps high standards a core part of how we operate.

What do you add to your products?

Accepted Answer

We add just what's needed to make a fresh, delicious, and safe product nothing more. Our milk is pasteurised, but there are no other added ingredients just goat milk.All our products have full ingredients listed on the label, and there's nothing there that will surprise you except perhaps that something this simple can taste so good!
