About the Recipe
Don't use your fingers, as you'll melt the cheese and it won't crumble.
It's best to use the crumbled cheese immediately, but it can be stored for a few days in the fridge.
Great in warm and cold salads, or as a topping for frittata, pasta and egg dishes, or just on toast!
Take as much Cilantro chevre as you need and cut in half lengthwise.
Put in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
Take it out of the freezer and quickly break it into small parts with a fork.
