About the Recipe
Delicious with your favourite summer salad, it can also be a great dressing for tacos.
Play around with the taste - add some honey to sweeten, or more chilli for bite.
Ingredients
1/4 cup Cilantro (Coriander)
Juice of 1 lime
1 large avocado
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp Cilantro goat milk
jalapeno pepper/chilli flakes (optional)
Preparation
Put all ingredients in food processor or blender.
Blend until creamy - vary the milk to make it as creamy as you like.
