About the Recipe

Serve with salad greens or crackers.

Ingredients

  • Cilantro chevre log(s)

  • Olive oil

  • Panko breadcrumbs

  • Sea salt to taste


Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 230c

  2. Slice the chevre into equal rounds.

  3. Dip and coat the rounds in olive oil.

  4. Place breadcrumbs and salt on flat plate.

  5. Roll chevre rounds in the breadcrumb mixture.

  6. Place them on a lined baking tray.

  7. Bake for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
