Cilantro Cheese is a micro artisan cheese company located in Hamilton. Our cheeses are handmade and follow traditional cheese making methods. We make goat’s milk cheeses, and are committed to keep a small carbon footprint while producing high quality product. Our aim with Cilantro is to produce beautiful artisan cheese, while being able to experiment on new variations of traditional cheese making techniques. We hope you love our cheeses as much as we love making them.
